The Multistakeholder Capacity Building Cluster for NDCs and Climate Action is a group of international experts and organizations committed to climate action and NDCs in LAC that contribute to the strengthening and constant revision of the PACD-LAC Educational Program.
Educational Program
About the program
The Capacity Building Program is a one-week training cycle. Addresses key issues to strengthen the NDC, with emphasis on the areas of planning and management frameworks for public investment, which integrate sustainable infrastructure practices and nature-based solutions, incorporating a human rights approach.
The Program’s target audience is basically made up of the technical and political focal points on climate change of the 34 Member States of the Organization, as well as their Permanent Missions to the OAS.
